Edward Keventer, a Swedish dairy entrepreneur and technologist, traveled to India in 1889 to forge his path and establish a brand. In 1894, he purchased the Aligarh Dairy Farm and began producing milk and milk products such as cheese and butter. It was a perfect fit because we are a milk-loving nation.  As a result, Edward Keventer’s success was formalized in 1925, and the brand was formally formed. Keventers grew in popularity over the years for its fresh dairy goods like milk, butter, cheese, and other commodities; the company is also credited with creating the distinctive design for the Cassata ice cream, which is still popular with Indians today.
